13.  Your Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to your pick-up departure time by visiting www.ysgtransport.ng and click on Cancel trip, enter your transaction code and click on continue. Please note Please note that 50% of your payment shall be forfeited.

14.  Refund Policy.

Passengers are required to be at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the departure time shown on their tickets.
If a passenger whose ticket has been confirmed and seat number reserved suddenly decide to cancel his or her trip, only 50% of the accrued payment shall be refunded.

Passenger whose ticket has been confirmed and seat not reserved shall also forfeit 50% of accrued cost.

Passengers are required to be at the departure points at least 30 minutes prior to the Departure time shown in their ticket. Any seats not filled 10 minutes to the schedule departure time will be offered for sale to waiting customers on a first served basis and the passenger shall wait for the next bus or cancel his or her trip; same condition on cancellation policy apply.
